Lisbon Property Lists and Drop Offs
For the first seven days, after a Resident is admitted, their family may drop off the property any day of the week between 8:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. All items must be on the approved item list and cannot exceed the number specified (approved item lists are in the back of this manual).
After the first seven days, the only items that may be dropped off are shampoo, toothpaste, body soap, laundry detergent, deodorant, and cigarettes. These items can be dropped off any other day of the week except Tuesdays, between the hours of 7:30 a.m. and 11:00 p.m.
If the Resident needs to exchange clothing due to a change in season, size, or clothing condition, they must complete a property exchange form that is reviewed and pre-approved by the Shift Support Specialist or designee. The Resident must swap out the same kind and number of items they receive.
