We’re searching for an energetic motivated Cook to join us at our Lisbon, Ohio facility. This isn’t just another kitchen job, it’s an opportunity to be a part of a mission driven team that serves nutritious meals to make a positive impact in the lives on others.  The Cook will prepare and serve meals, track inventory, maintain the cleanliness of the kitchen and cafeteria, work with the Food Service Manager, and residents assigned to the kitchen. The Lisbon Cook must have formal education in mathematics, and English language proficiency. Experience in handling and preparing food items, operating kitchen equipment is preferred.

The cook is required to stand for long periods of time. Additionally, the Cook unloads stock which includes canned goods, boxes of potatoes, and other foods weighing up to 50 pounds. This includes the routine handling of grocery sacks typically weighing between 5 and 10 pounds each.
