How long will I be in the program for?
A typical stay ranges from 130 to 150 days based on your ORAS score, unless otherwise noted by the sentencing court. The maximum stay is 180 days (six months).

When are visiting days, and how are visitors approved?
To request visitors, complete a visitation request form and provide it to your assigned Case Manager. This list will be reviewed by the EOCC Treatment Team and your Probation Officer. Once approved, visitors will be added to your list. Visiting days are every Tuesday and last 30 minutes. Extended visits may be scheduled based on travel distance.
What classes will I be enrolled in?
Enrollment is based on risk factors and charges. Possible classes include Cognitive Behavioral Intervention (CBI), Men’s Drug (IOP), Victim’s Impact, Commitment to Change, Aspire (Workplace and Financial Literacy), STOP, Anger Management, Lifestyles, Intensive Relapse Prevention (IRP), Impaired Drivers, Health and Wellness, Orientation, GED, and Getting Started.
When do I become eligible for work release and community service?
Eligibility for work release typically occurs around 45-50 days, provided all Phase system requirements are met.
When am I eligible for a Program Pass?
Passes are typically available 45 days after the community service period.
